Vernon Technologies Limited (formerly Vernon Pharmaceuticals Limited) is an
established retail/wholesale pharmaceutical company serving our nation of
Trinidad and Tobago and some Caribbean countries since 1996. The company has
its roots in the late 1900’s when the pioneer of the Pharmacy business in the
family opened for trade 100 years ago. Mr. Paul Harris, a renowned local
pharmacist, uncle of Mr. Vernon Gajadhar, established the first pharmacy in the
town of Sangre Grande and served both the public and private pharmaceutical
needs of the community. In the 1960’s three nephew’s followed his footsteps,
one being Mr. Vernon Gajadhar. He opened an even larger establishment in the
same town and became a favorite not only to this community but to the entire
country. His customers/patients developed confidence, trust in him and famous
for his therapeutic remedies.

In 1996, the late Jerome Gajadhar, returned from the United Kingdom, son of
Vernon Gajadhar, encouraged his father to diversify and develop a
Pharmaceutical company, importing products from the UK, USA and India into
Trinidad and Tobago. Today, the private commercial establishment have stood the
tests of time and expanded and upgraded itself to meeting the pharmaceutical
needs of a developing country. This company for the past years of existence has
proven to meet the needs of the public with quality pharmaceutical and medical
supplies at an affordable price.
